Connecting human expertise, artificial intelligence, and physical manufacturing to create measurable business value.

Digital4Kaizen develops AI-powered solutions for manufacturing enterprises. We combine industrial engineering, operational excellence, and artificial intelligence to help teams improve productivity, develop new capabilities, and build more adaptive manufacturing systems.

Our mission is to help people and organizations learn, improve, and grow through technology. We believe digital transformation succeeds when it delivers measurable outcomes on the factory floor and empowers the people behind those outcomes.

What we work on

  • Physical AI & Robot Learning โ€” vision-language-action (VLA) models, robotic manipulation, reusable skills, and increasingly autonomous manufacturing operations.
  • Industrial AI Agents โ€” LLM-based assistants, multi-agent workflows, industrial knowledge management, and decision support.
  • Computer Vision & Multimodal AI โ€” video-based process observation, vision-language models (VLMs), task understanding, and quality-related analysis.
  • Process Intelligence โ€” identifying waste, evaluating automation opportunities, improving productivity, and connecting process observations to operational decisions.
  • Human-AI Collaboration โ€” AI-powered microlearning, employee ideas, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.

Our products

GuidedRobotics

An AI-powered platform for analyzing manufacturing processes, identifying automation opportunities, and developing reusable robotic skills. Our long-term research direction is to connect process understanding, robot learning, and a Physical Skill Store for industrial automation.

ScaleBits

A platform for continuous workforce development through microlearning, employee engagement, idea generation, and AI-supported improvement workflows.

Open AI research & datasets

We are exploring practical datasets, models, and evaluation methods for real manufacturing environments, including:

  • D4K PrintFarm Robotics Dataset (planned) โ€” multi-view videos, robot states, control actions, and task outcomes from handling 3D-printed parts and servicing printers.
  • Robot skill learning โ€” imitation learning for pick-and-place, part handling, and printer-related automation tasks.
  • Industrial process understanding โ€” multimodal data for recognizing operations, identifying waste, and evaluating robot suitability.

Collaboration

We welcome conversations with researchers, robotics developers, manufacturing teams, and open-source contributors working on Physical AI, VLA/VLM models, robotics datasets, edge AI, and intelligent manufacturing.
